A NOTE TO POTENTIAL CLIENTS:
Dear Potential Client:
Thank you for visiting The Carlin Law Firm, PLLC’s website. We are honored that you are considering retaining our firm to represent you in your legal matter. The hiring of an attorney is an important decision that will profoundly impact an aspect of your life that is deeply important to you. Whether you are attempting to protect a business interest, prosecute or defend yourself against a lawsuit, or seeking to vindicate a legal right, we are here to help.
I founded The Carlin Law Firm, PLLC with one goal in mind: excellence in all we do. Whether fielding a phone call, drafting a lawsuit, or preparing for or representing a client in a jury or non-jury trial, we endeavor to provide our clients with a most exceptional level of service throughout all phases of our clients’ matters. In some cases, that means aggressively prosecuting or defending a case through trial. In other instances, it means advising our clients when it is in their best interests (for economic or other reasons) to settle a case, rather than trying it before a judge or a jury. Simply put, I seek to provide my clients with candid, competent, and passionate legal representation—the same level of service that I would want to receive if I were to hire someone to handle my own personal legal matter.
Former President (and famed trial attorney) Abraham Lincoln famously said, “Whatever you are, be a good one.” Lincoln’s words drive every aspect of my practice, as do Coach Vince Lombardi’s statements on “what it takes to be number one,” which, according to the renowned football coach, requires “play[ing] from the ground up—from the soles of your feet right up to [your] head . . . . with your heart, with every fiber of your body.” If given the opportunity to represent you, I would do just that, treating your legal matter as if it were my own, and would try (with all I have) to be the best possible lawyer for you.
In considering whether to retain a particular attorney, you should consider the attorney’s experiences and whether that attorney has exhibited a pattern of excellence. Since 2009, I have been recognized for my achievements as a trial and appellate lawyer, having been rated AV Preeminent® by Martindale-Hubbell—the highest rating available—and named a “Florida Rising Star” by Super Lawyers® magazine—an honor limited to no more than 2.5% of Florida attorneys. In 2016, I became a fellow of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) National Trial College at Harvard Law School, an exclusive program to which no more than 36 trial attorneys are accepted every two years. You might benefit from my experience in handling matters like yours.
If you would like to speak to a competent, trustworthy, and passionate attorney who values excellence and results, simply complete the contact form on this page, or call my law firm at (954) 440-0901. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you about your case to determine whether I might be of assistance to you.
I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your consideration.
