Kate A. Feingold is an associate with the Firm and assists clients in an array of civil litigation in state and federal courts.
Kate is passionate about using her substantive knowledge and trial skills to assist clients with achieving favorable outcomes in not only business and real estate matters, but also in family and dissolution of marriage proceedings, especially those involving complex financial and property issues. Additionally, she is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator who assists individuals with resolving contested family and divorce matters through the mediation process.
Kate received her Juris Doctor from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in New York City and her Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University, where she received the Gold King’s Crown Award for student leadership and was a merit scholarship semi-finalist.
During law school, Kate gained significant trial experience working for each of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Jersey and the Office of the District Attorney in New York City. After law school, Kate became the Head of Land Acquisition for a private land acquisition company and later an associate within the Land Use Department of a well-regarded Florida law firm.
